ICS Online Degree acts as an educational consultant and aggregator. We provide information regarding UGC-DEB approved online degree programs and facilitate the admission process. Our counselling and facilitation services are provided to students 100% free of charge. We do not collect tuition fees on behalf of universities. All academic fees are to be paid directly to the respective university by the student.
3. Accuracy of University Information
We strive to ensure that all data presented (fees, NAAC grades, placement statistics, and EMI options) is accurate. However, this information is subject to change by the respective universities without prior notice. ICS Online Degree holds no legal liability for sudden changes in university policies, fee structures, or curriculum. Students are advised to verify final details during the official admission process.
4. Admission & Academic Jurisdiction
ICS Online Degree does not grant degrees, diplomas, or certificates. The final decision regarding admission eligibility, examinations, degree issuance, and academic disputes lies strictly within the jurisdiction of the specific UGC-approved university. We cannot guarantee admission or specific placement outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ICS Online Degree, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your reliance on the information provided on this platform, or any disputes between you and the enrolled university.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the use of our services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Panipat, Haryana, India.
